The main goal of the material groups is to collect and generate data useful for application within accelerator and fission/fusion communities.
Objectives of the material groups
- Identify the projects or facilities using each specific materials
- Identify the list of useful data needed to support each project/facility
- Collect existing data for each project/facility including the environment (beam parameter, dpa level, transmutation gas level, operation temperature)
- The database will cover any material properties under irradiation environment or not
- Create a database of useful publication related to each material
- Identify the missing data that is useful for the project
- Identify the method/experiment to obtain missing data
- Discuss and coordinate common tests to collect missing data
Materials of interest
